Imagine a sunrise trail on sand dunes, a fartlek on Agadir’s coastal paths, or a long run through the Todra Gorges. In Morocco, every running session is an extraordinary sensory experience. Our specialized trail coaches build an intensive or progressive training program based on your goals: ultra-trail preparation, VO2max improvement, or simply discovering trail running in a magnificent setting.
Sample 7-day program
- Day 1 — Arrival & Acclimatization: Transfer, initial physical test, light 5-8 km run to acclimatize to the terrain.
- Day 2 — Fundamental Endurance: Long 15-25 km run on coastal hills, work on cadence and posture.
- Day 3 — Dune Intervals: Intensive interval session on sand — ideal for strengthening ankles and propulsion.
- Day 4 — Mountain Trail: Technical 20-30 km run with positive elevation, ridge crossings and Berber villages.
- Day 5 — Active Recovery: Trail yoga session, recovery bath, leg massage.
- Day 6 — Final Timed Race: Official 15 km trail course with timing, refreshments and bib distribution.
- Day 7 — Review & Departure: Coach debrief, personalized post-stay training plan, airport transfer.
